ROSIQUE baleopener with weighing scale, working width of 1,000 mm, fitted with a high-capacity feed belt system, 2,500 mm in length, designed to accommodate high capacity loads to achiev more autonomy.
It features an internal accumulation and mixing chamber, where the fibre is stabilised before being transferred to the spiked conveyor belt, that uniformly meteris the material. At the top, it incorporates combing rollers, whose function is to remove excess fibre adhering to the spiked belt, ensuring precise loading.
The system is completed by a discharge roller, which transfers the fibre to the receiving hopper, fitted with an adjustable weighing system to ensure precise dosing. The hopper is discharged via a door operated by pneumatic pistons, allowing for rapid and safe emptying.
