Reception system from the blending unit and transport to the tearing line, condenser and particle separator in between to avoid nontextile particles those can be in the product to be processed

PRODITEX tower feeding unit, year 1992, with dosifying cylinders and volumetric delivery on top of the tearing machine feeding table.
MARGASA tearing machine, year 1992, model A1000-6, 1000 mm useful width, with 6 swifts or drums composed each one as follows…
1st swift with inclined feeding table, with prensor prefeeding roll, feeding roll with mechanical regulated pressure to special feed-dish half moon type to retain and open the product to be processed, this roll is driven by an electromechanical speed variation device controlled by electrical ac motor and inverter, stainless steel under swift sheets with regulation to allow unopened product to drop on the bottom return conveyor to return the material and bring it to the top of the section on the feeding conveyor, double beater to separate the heavy particles from the unopened material coming on the return conveyor located at the bottom of the machine, opening drum of 940 mm diameter and 1000 mm width, with 34 interchangeable pinned lags set on its periphery with bolts, dust cleaning cylinder made with hooled sheet through which is cleaned the dust and transported to the filtering central station of the mill by means of a high pressure fan set on each swift.
Rest of swifts from 2nd to 6th have same elements as described for the 1st one except the beaters and feeding table.

BALE PRESSE
Sandwich type, double conveyor belt to transport the processed product at the exit of the tearing machine to the storage accumulator of the balepress
JOVISA hyddraulic balling press machine, year 1986, vertical type on surface, model F1150/180 AI200, with 200 hydraulic Tons capacity, automatic non-stop feeding system, double conveyor inside the accumulator driven by gearmotors and level photocells located in the pressing box, vertical hydraulic piston for pre-pressing and final pressing, automatic mobile pressing box with fast hydraulic pistons, measure of box inside 76 x 115 cm, heavy duty metallic pressing plates on top and bottom with 11+2 cords for tyeing the bale, manual strapping, exit with path rolls to take the bales out of the pressing area. Size of bales 105 x 115 x 80 cm, weight is normaly between 320 to 360 kg depending on the fibers types.
PRODUCTION
The line produces between 700 kg/h y 750 kg/h depending on the product to be processed and the quality of it.
