This multipurpose backing line manufactured by CTS on 2024, was installed and used for the production of backing artificial grass; however can be used as a coating line for any type of knitted, woven or non-woven fabric, for waterproofing, reinforcement, backing and many other applications, etc…
Actually:
- The line runs synthetic grass, backing cloth , it is standard woven PP and the coating is standard SBR Latex.
- Production speed 1-3/min. We could add more heating zones for additional capacity if required
- Floor space required 50m long x 8m wide x 7m high.
- Capacity: 4m and 5m wide production.
- Power stenter single side.
- Currently set up and running over two levels but will run easily over one level.
