We introduce you this production line for thermally bonded non-woven products.
It currently produces thermally bonded PES wadding, which serves as the basis for the production of fillings for interlinings, pillows, duvets, quilts, cushions, upholstery, products for the automotive industry, footwear, geotextiles and other applications.
The versatility of this line also allows for the production of other products, such as thermal and acoustic insulation made from regenerated fibres, recycled fibres and their blends.
The line comprises the following:
1) Fibre opening and blending unit manufactured by BONINO: 3 bale openers with weighing, a collection conveyor and a ‘wolf card’ type opening and blending unit
2) Non-woven carding unit manufactured by BONINO, with an opening and feed system, working and stripping rollers, an exit doffer with comb take-up
3) Crosslapper manufactured by AUTOMATEX
4) Needle punch machine manufactured by AUTOMATEX
5) Oven manufactured by BOMBI
6) End-of-line unit manufactured by BOMBI – AUTOMATEX
